Important Information

Lead times

As we work with suppliers around the world, please allow up to 12 weeks lead time. In the vast majority of cases, delivery is made well within this timeframe, however, larger items and more complicated orders make take longer to fulfil. We will endeavour to provide you with a more accurate estimated delivery date on a case-by-case basis.

Amending an order

Orders can be amended up to 24 hours from the time the order was placed, free of charge. After this initial 24 hour period, any amendments may be subject to an additional charge.

Payment

We accept a number of payment methods through our ecommerce system, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. Please note that orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full and funds have cleared.

For transparency, and to satisfy the guidelines set out by the ASA with regards to how we display our prices, we assume that the majority of our customers will be private individuals. Therefore, prices on our website, advertisements or other marketing material include VAT at 20%.

Cancellation policy

Should you change your mind, orders may be cancelled for any reason up to 14 days after receiving your goods, in accordance with UK law. Once a return has been initiated, you will then need to post the item(s) back to us, as received and in their original packaging, within 14 days from the date of notification. When we receive the returned goods, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to return your purchase.

Delivery

SantoLusso offers free delivery within the United Kingdom on all orders. Prior to placing an order including any of our larger items, we advise that you ensure access is possible by measuring the route of entry, including doorways and other potential obstructions.

We hope that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, sometimes issues may arise. Please ensure that your order is thoroughly inspected upon delivery. Any defects must be noted and, if possible, photographed so that we can assess the situation and action required. Please contact us to discuss remediation.

Warranty

We are proud of the products we produce and so SantoLusso offers a 12 month warranty on all products, effective from the day of delivery and covers manufacturing defects. However, exclusions apply. Cosmetic variations in timber, metal, leather or fabric due to wear over time are not covered under warranty, nor is damage due to improper use.
